Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf proudly presents enoteca musto, a chic new wine bar with distinguished character. Situated adjacent to knuckles at the wharf but in a private, club-like setting, enoteca musto highlights wine from California’s wine country and small plates featuring artisan cheeses, cured meats and local seasonal products. Become a part of history in the most unique establishment among San Francisco bars and lounges.
Records dating back to 1868 show that this property was occupied by a steel products and marble works company owned by the Musto’s - an American family of Italian origin. The Joseph Musto Marble Works Company housed a stone-cutting facility where it is believed that much of the marble used for the construction of San Francisco’s City Hall, Opera House and main library was cut and polished. Knuckles at the Wharf is built with the original bricks and beams from the old marble works. Enoteca is the Italian word for “wine repository” or “wine bar” where people would gather to relax, chat, taste wines and enjoy appetizers.
Enjoy authentic tastes from the Northern California region, highlighting organic flavors from local farms. Savor house specialties, such as:

- Truffle Risotto Croquette (served with herb salad and roma tomato sauce)
- Portobello Fries (with smoked paprika and saffron aioli)
- Salmon Carpaccio (with garlic oil, fried capers, parmesan and mustard)
