Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after.  To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.

Fisherman's Wharf Wedding Details

  • Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most of our  reception sites can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
  • Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
  • Ceremony Room – Hyatt Fisherman’s Wharf can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
  • Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
  • Audio-Visual equipment Our on-site audio-visual experts can help you execute your San Francisco wedding reception, from helping plan a slide show to special lighting techniques that highlight your first dance.
  • Parking - Valet-parking is available for your wedding guests.
  • Wedding Cake - For your convenience we provide a custom tailored wedding cake included with any wedding package of your choice. Your wedding professional can advise flavor selections as well as décor options.
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m., and one point for all daytime events. A maximum of 50,000 points will be awarded for any event. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
  • Pricing - All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Fisherman’s Wharf Wedding Packages are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due ten business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.
  • Guarantee - A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
